Refund policy
At Aunyra, we are committed to providing high-quality body jewelry. We want you to love your new look. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict policy in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Hygiene & Eligibility Standards (Important)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Strict Hygiene Clause for Body Jewelry: Piercing jewelry (including earrings, nose rings, belly bars, etc.) is considered an intimate health item. To protect our customers, we cannot accept returns on any body jewelry if the clear hygiene seal/packaging has been opened, tampered with, or broken.
- Inspect Before Opening: All Aunyra jewelry arrives in clear, sealed packaging. Please inspect the size, style, and quality through the clear packaging before breaking the seal.
- Once Opened = Final Sale: Once the seal is broken, the item is considered "used" and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not restock used jewelry.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To provide clarity, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Body jewelry with broken, damaged, or removed hygiene seals.
- Custom Products: Items that have been personalized, engraved, or modified specifically for you.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.
- Gift Cards.
(Note: We do not sell perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, so standard exclusions for these categories do not apply here.)
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include a photo of the damaged item inside its original packaging when you contact us.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@aunyra.com.
- Subject Line: Please use "Return Request + Order #"
- Evidence: Attach a photo showing the item is in its original, sealed condition.
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approved: If the return is approved (hygiene seal intact), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Rejected: If the item arrives with a broken seal, signs of wear, or damage, the refund will be denied, and you may be responsible for shipping costs if you wish to have the item returned to you.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
