Shipping policy
1) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen carrier delays.
3) Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on orders over US $100.
- Below this threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Express options available at extra cost.
4) Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
5) Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, payable by the customer. We cannot predict these fees; contact your local customs office for details. Refused or unpaid duties leading to a return will exclude shipping and duty costs from refunds.
6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or unclaimed addresses. Returned packages due to address errors will incur re-shipping fees.
7) Lost / Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors or local courier offices first. If unresolved, contact hello@aunyra.com within 15 days of expected delivery so we can open a carrier investigation.
8) Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some special or custom pieces may require extra production time (usually 7–14 days). Estimated dispatch dates appear on product pages.
9) Insurance & High-Value Jewelry
Orders above US $ 300 ship with signature confirmation and insurance. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
